Larsa Pippen – yes, as in legendary basketball player Scottie Pippen’s wife – has been cast to be in the Real Housewives of Miami.
The mother of three once held the unofficial title as “Hottest NBA Wife,” and, according to TPI News, once said she was perfectly happy being out of the spotlight.
The newest group of ladies also includes Cristy Rice, who recently divorced from NBA player Glen Rice; Lea Black, the wife of criminal defense attorney Roy Black; Alexia Echevarria, the executive editor of fashion magazine Venue; Marysol Patton, creator of PR firm the Patton Group; and Adriana DeMoura-Sidi, an art dealer.
The show was originally announced in 2010, and was to be aired as “Miami Social Club,” but when filming completed, it turned into another installment of the Real Housewives franchise.
The Real Housewives of Miami premieres on February 22 on Bravo.
